TSCR工艺生产30CrMo热轧带钢

　　东莞市广毅荣冷拉钢厂；针对薄板坯连铸连轧流程的工艺特点，通过合理的成分设计和生产工艺优化，有效解决了脱碳和铸坯裂纹等关键技术问题，开发出了高品质的合金结构钢30CrMo热轧带钢，产品组织为细小均匀的铁素体＋珠光体，夹杂物尺寸在5μm以下的占98％以上，且球化较好；带钢抗拉强度为795-950MPa，伸长率为15％～21％；带钢厚度公差控制在±25μm以内，平直度控制在士10I以内。
　　Based on the characteristics of thin slab casting and direct rolling technology （TSCR）, high quality alloy steel strip of 30CrMo was developed by designing reasonable composition and optimizing process . Therefore, decarburization and slab cracking problems were resolved, and good mechanical properties were obtained.
　　介绍了根据纯钛带的不同特点、利用六辊可逆带钢冷轧机轧制纯钛带的冷轧工艺、退火工艺和平整矫直工艺，莱钢生产的冷轧钛带的表面质量和各项性能都符合标准，满足客户使用要求。
